At Bon Charge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
